I think all developers speak english good enough :)
Actually, I know a good deal of programmers who are French and don't understand English all too well.

How do you even..? Oh wait it's french nvm
But seriously, pretty much all the books used at my college are in english. The powerpoints teachers use are in english. We write english code, comments and commit messages. We don't speak english but that is about it :P
Just trying to be "more safe, than sorry" regarding this particular news item.
To take your point of view for a moment....you are likely correct...Leo's univeristà is now instructing attendees only in English, which seems a bit weird even to me. It seems a bit unfair to local students in my opinion....plus er, well...I feel the students studying abroad should learn the language of the hosting country providing their education.

What do I know?
That's not really a fair comparison, though, because English and Dutch are pretty similar - with french people they essentially have to learn the horrifying amalgam that is the English language from scratch.
I understood a matter of translation.
I start it as soon as possible!
There are one, a question!
What will "reb ase" be?
I do not know how I should have illustrated by Japanese.
I think "rebase" is a techincal term used by Git Hub...Maybe one of the guilds computer experts such as Ly, Luna, or Leo can explain what it means.
Here's the link I was able locate about it:

Here is the same page translated into japanese, I hope it helps you some!
